Yoga has so many benefits that will compliment your tennis skills both physically and mentally.   This class is created with you, the tennis player, in mind.   This all-levels strength and stretch class will build strength from your inside out.  Strength in your legs, shoulders and core that will add power to your swing. Strength that will create a more balanced center for you, with a greater range of motion that can help reduce the risk of injury. Mental strength that will help you see what is right in front you, presence.  Stretch that opens everything up, including your mind... AND it's fun!

Beginner Flow in a non heated studio space.

This 60 minute Vinyasa class will leave you feeling better inside and out. Yoga builds physical and mental strength, increases flexibility and body awareness, while creating endurance.  You do not need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, come as you are, come as you are not, bring a little willingness and little possibility and we'll have fun creating a yoga practice that benefits you!
