Court Attendant Application Form
If you are interested in becoming a Court Attendant at Lake Jeanette Swim & Tennis, please complete and submit the form below. Once submitted, your information will be sent to our Tennis Director who will follow up with you by way of the email address you have listed below.
You will be asked to provide a letter of recommendation from a Coach, Teacher, Youth Pastor or previous employer at the time of your interview. This letter must include the name, title, facility, and contact information for the person recommending you. Applicants must be 16 or over.
