With variety of cardio, resistance training, weights, core, and flexibility each class is geared toward all levels of fitness including beginners. Women find Donna's workouts challenging but not defeating and have helped many achieve a higher fitness level, get back into shape, increase energy, and lose weight.

This class focuses on improving core body strength, upper and lower body strength, and flexibility. It includes varying forms of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength and Flexibility techniques. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels will benefit from this free flowing style class.

All levels Power Flow in a non heated studio space.
This 60 minute Vinyasa class will leave you feeling better inside and out.Yoga builds physical and mental strength, increases flexibility and body awareness, while creating endurance. You do not need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, come as you are, come as you are not, bring a little willingness and little possibility. We'll have fun creating a yoga practice that benefits you!
