With variety of cardio, resistance training, weights, core, and flexibility each class is geared toward all levels of fitness including beginners.  Women find Donna's workouts challenging but not defeating and have helped many achieve a higher fitness level, get back into shape, increase energy, and lose weight.

  Yoga Classes - With Rebecca Coltrane

Wednesdays @ 9:00 am

Beginner/Intermediate Yoga Flow in a non-heated studio space.

This 60 minute Vinyasa class will leave you feeling better inside and out. Yoga builds physical and mental strength, increases flexibility and body awareness, while creating endurance. You do not need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, come as you are, come as you are not, bring a little willingness and a sense of possibility. We'll have fun creating a yoga practice that benefits you!

Bring your yoga mat & water bottle. Bring a friend!

Zumba Gold Classes - With Margaret Ritsch

Tuesdays from 2-3 p.m.

Zumba Gold classes are held in 5 week sessions in the clubhouse Event Room (lower level of the main clubhouse).

Led by LJ member Margaret Ritsch, Zumba Gold is a fun and energizing fitness class designed for active seniors and anyone looking for a lower-impact alternative to traditional Zumba. Enjoy great music, easy-to-follow movements, and a welcoming atmosphere while improving fitness, balance, and overall wellness. All are welcome!
