This all-levels strength and stretch class will build strength from your inside out. Strength in your legs, shoulders and core that will add power to your swing. Strength that will create a more balanced center for you, with a greater range of motion that can help reduce the risk of injury. Mental strength that will help you see what is right in front you, presence. Stretch that opens everything up, including your mind... AND it's fun!
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for far longer than I have been playing tennis and I can't tell you the amount of times Toby, Steve or Dipesh have taught a clinic and said my own yoga teaching words to me ONLY applied directly to tennis. I am so excited to share this practice with the LJ tennis program. I hope you'll join me!
