These 60 minute Vinyasa classes will leave you feeling better inside and out. Yoga builds physical and mental strength, increases flexibility and body awareness, while creating endurance. You do not need to be able to touch your toes to do yoga, come as you are, come as you are not, bring a little willingness and a little possibility. We'll have fun creating a yoga practice that benefits you! Bring your mat & water bottle.
